في إطار الدورة الحادية والستين لمجلس حقوق الإنسان، وخلال الجلسة السابعة المنعقدة ضمن الفترة من 23 فبراير إلى 31 مارس 2026، قدّم السيد عمر شريف حمد عيسى مداخلة في سياق ممارسة حق الرد، ركّز فيها على ما ورد في بيان ممثل سلطة أبوظبي.

أكد المتحدث أن ما أورده رئيس وفد السودان، معالي وزير العدل، بشأن الدولة التي ترعى الميليشيا المتمردة في السودان وتدعمها بالسلاح والعتاد العسكري، ليس ادعاءً سياسياً أو اتهاماً مرسلاً، بل حقيقة تستند إلى أدلة موثقة وتقارير رسمية. وأشار إلى تقرير فريق خبراء الأمم المتحدة المعني بالسودان، المودع كوثيقة رسمية لدى مجلس الأمن والصادر في 15 يناير 2024، ب��عتباره أحد المراجع التي يمكن العودة إليها للاطلاع على ما تضمنه من معطيات.

وتطرّق إلى ما ورد في التقرير من إشارات إلى مسارات نقل أسلحة، من بينها خطوط إمداد انطلقت من مطار أبوظبي الدولي، مستندة إلى جملة من الأدلة والبينات. كما أشار إلى تقارير صادرة عن منظمات حقوقية دولية كبرى، إضافة إلى ما وثقته مراكز بحثية ووكالات وصحف ذات مصداقية.

وبيّن أن لدى السلطات العدلية في السودان، بما في ذلك اللجنة الوطنية للتحقيق، أدلة كافية تدعم ما طرحته الخرطوم، موضحاً أن بلاده تقدمت بعدد من الشكاوى المدعومة بالمستندات إلى مجلس الأمن بشأن ما وصفه بالدور التخريبي الذي تقوم به س��طة أبوظبي.

كما اعتبر أن من المفارقة أن تتحدث الجهة المتهمة برعاية ميليشيا إجرامية، يشهد العالم على انتهاكاتها، عن دور في تحقيق السلام أو تقديم مساهمات إ��سانية للشعب السوداني. وأكد أن السلام قيمة تتطلب التزاماً عملياً بأخلاقياته، وأن العمل الإنساني له ضوابطه ومحدداته.

واختتم مداخلته بالتشديد على أن مطلب الشعب السوداني يتمثل في وقف دعم الميليشيا الإجرامية التي تواصل قتل المدنيين، داعياً إلى تحمّل المسؤولية والالتزام بالقانون الدولي.

The war in Sudan started because the UAE sponsored the RSF militia in an attempt to takeover the Sudanese State. Khalid Yusuf is here ranting about conspiracy theories involving a regime that was overthrown in 2019, because him and his Taqqadum cabal were meant to be the civilian face for the UAE sponsored genocidal militia state that would subsume Sudan. He’s still clearly struggling to come to terms with the fact that their plot failed.

Also the author of this Article Khalid Yusuf is sharing is Anna Mahjar Barducci a project director at MEMRI, a Zionist disinformation network founded by an IDF intelligence officer. The UAE has been working hard to try and convince their Zionist friends to use their extensive lobbying networks against both Sudan and Saudi Arabia.

— The plan contains provisions that threaten Sudan’s unity and sovereignty. It calls for the establishment of an international reconstruction authority that would determine funding priorities according to its own vision, without Sudan’s participation.
—The authority’s membership would also include the UAE, which is accused of responsibility for destruction and devastation. Moreover, Boulos’s plan legitimizes militia control over parts of Sudanese territory, in an attempt to apply the Libyan model that the UAE has long sought to replicate.
—UAE, a small state, is accused of seeking to divide large and established countries in the region, with alleged occupation plans carried out through its proxies and affiliates in “Ta’sis” and “Sumud.”
—Boulos is not trying to find a solution to Sudan’s war, but rather seeks to create momentum around his plan to secure himself a seat in the executive office of the Peace Council.
—Germany and the European Union are reportedly planning to repeat the same approach as Boulos by inviting “Sumud” groups favored by the UAE, while at the same time refusing to grant visas to Sudanese artists to attend festivals, as happened with director Amjad Abu Alala.

النفاق مدهش...
لا يمكنكم إشعال نيران الحرب ثم اصطناع التعاطف مع ضحاياها، ولا يسعكم تسليح الميليشيات ثم التشدق بلغة الإنسانية تحت قبة مجلس الأمن. إن كان السودان قد تمزق بفعل جرائم الحرب، فإن كل مَن سهّل، وموّل، ووفّر الغطاء لمرتكبيها هو شريكٌ أصيل في الجرم. إن محاولات الإمارات لتزييف الحقائق وتغيير السردية لن تمحو هذا السجل الموثق.
قد تتأخر المحاسبة.. لكنها قادمة لا محالة.
