@SkyHelpTeam 90 mins on the phone to request a line repair for an elderly rural isolated couple. ‘Customer service’ repeatedly insists on the passcode despite being told several times they have Alzheimer’s. And now 3 days for a visit. Slow clap Sky, slow clap. BT here they come.

@LloydsBank They reckon the application is frozen to the woman who started it, and she’s on leave until Wednesday. I have 38 time stamped screenshots of the Lloyds system crashing at the last moment, and if I lose the advertised rate I’ll be going to the ombudsman.

@LloydsBank Hi, yes lost hours of our lives talking to a mortgage advisor and their system crashed, too. Is the system actually online- are applications able to be finalised or is it off/broken?

@LloydsBank They said they’d call back, but didn’t. Now they’re on leave until the 31st and apparently no one can do anything with the application until they return even though it’s approved in principle. Still trying online, and it’s still pulling the ‘technical issues’ card at the end.
