The only thing you are saying that is correct, is we contacted you with concerns about copyright issues related to our client. As I mention privately as far as I was concerned the issue was closed.

Filing a privacy, deformation or harassment complaint on YouTube is available to any person who believes statements are untrue and how it damages their reputation. Pretty straight forward stuff.

Unfortunately Dr. Skalski has chosen to make public accusations about our integrity and encourage his followers to "drag" (ie., to damage someone's reputation by saying extremely insulting things about them) so I need to respond.

@czerny_micha @docskalski @czerny_micha, there is more context to this that obviously cannot be addressed with tweets. We were concerned about copyright infringements regarding artwork we had done for one of our clients, @GEHealthcare. As a courtesy we did reach out to Dr. Skalski via email.

@medsane @docskalski @medsane, I wouldn't say one is lying. The wording of Dr. Skalski's tweet is misleading. Illustrations we do for our clients are the property of our clients. They have complete ownership and copyrights, not us. We never claimed his images were our property.
