Instead of saying "kaya mo to" it's okay to say sa self mo na "okay lang yan, pahinga ka muna". Kapag pagod tayo, kapag feel natin hindi na natin kaya it's okay to pause. It's okay to rest. Okay lang na hindi sa lahat oras "kaya natin" minsan mas kailangan natin ang "pahinga." ✨
