Our home state Punjab is called a 'border region", treated unfairly, doesn't get the investment it needs in the budget. When floods occur, surrounding states close many water gates which worsens the problem.

But we should judge constructively to build people, not break them with destructive and hateful words, rather positive encouragement and example
