Men are under so much pressure and stress every day. Please, prioritize their health too.

My husband has routine checkups every 3–6 months, and I’m usually the one reminding him.

He doesn’t have to feel sick before he goes to the hospital.

Remind him.
Schedule the appointment.
Go with him if necessary.

We need our men alive and healthy, not just providing for the family until their bodies give up.
