ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਉਚੇਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਬਹੁਤ ���਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ, ਨੌਜਵਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਖਾਸ ਮਸਲੇ ਸਾਡੀ ਉਚੇਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਬਿਹਤਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਹਨ।

3 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਬਤੌਰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ 1158 ਪ੍ਰੋਫ਼ੈਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਸੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਲਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 1996 ਬਾਅਦ ਭਰਤੀ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ।

ਅਸੀਂ ਇਹਨੇ ਘੱਟ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਸੀ, ਅਸੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਜੇਕਰ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਝ ਕਮੀਆਂ ਰਹਿ ਵੀ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਰੁਸਤ ਕਰ ਇਹ ਭਰਤੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਤਾਂ ਇਹੀ ਹੈ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਉਚੇਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।

3 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਬਤੌਰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਸਬੱਬ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਢਾਈ ਦਹਾਕਿਆਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਉਚੇਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ 1158 ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਮਿਲਣ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਪੱਧਰਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਨੌਜਵਾਨੀ ਦਾ ਪਰਵਾਸ ਵਧ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਓਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਉਚੇਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਾਡੀ ਪਹਿਲ ਸੀ।

ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਭਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਡੇਢ ਸਾਲ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਭਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।

ਅੱਜ ਇਹ ਦੇਖ ਬਹੁਤ ਅਫ਼ਸੋਸ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ @harjotbains ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਭੀਖ ਮੰਗ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। @ArvindKejriwal ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉਚੇਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮਾਡਲ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਫ਼ੈਸਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੀਖ ਮੰਗਣ ��ਗਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, @BhagwantMann ਨੂੰ ਕਹੋ ਇਸ ਉਚੇਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮਾਡਲ ਦੇ ਵੀ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਵਾ ਦੇਣ।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ, ਉਚੇਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਤੇ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਵੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਦੇਵੇ ਤਾਂ #IELTS ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੀ ਨਾ ਪਵੇ।
