On August 29th, WakeOne requested Ricky’s fans to deliver his fan-made in-ear monitors by September 2nd. However, despite the successful delivery, fans have since confirmed directly with Ricky via video call that he has not yet received the in-ears. In response, the fanbase responsible for the gift contacted WakeOne on September 13th again, urging for prompt delivery, as the in-ears were intended for Ricky's upcoming world tour. After five days of no communication, WakeOne finally responded with two emails on September 19th (the day before the concert): one stating they had not received the in-ears, and another suggesting a possible mix-up with other fan gifts. Additionally, WakeOne had provided a phone number to the fan responsible for the delivery, and call records show that the number was contacted during the delivery process, proving that the in-ears were successfully delivered.
