I want to upgrade to 6mb/10mb package from 2mb..but in our area cables do not support these packages.. Fibre optic is not installed yet. What should we do ? Change internet service ?

It is okay with 2mb...when converted to 6mb..frequent disconnection starts.

@PTCLOfficial should we change a service now ? Very embarrasad with PTCL service. Line man asked us ti wait till arrival of fibre optic..disgusted.

@PTCLOfficial our area supports connection upto 4MB. When we upgrade to 8mb, it starts creating problems like frequent disconnection. Now PTCL upgraded to 6mb...facing the same problem..

Got new modem 2 weeks ago since then facing disconnections as DSL and Intenet light goes off after every 2 mins.
