@TikonaTIL When I tried calling the number above they asked for my I’d and when I tried going on the website they asked for my I’d and as I mentioned I have got no I’d and that’s the main thing and if you are unable to help I have to go to consumer court as I am left with no options now.

(1/3) Just got scammed by a @TikonaTIL company’s representative who came at my house for a Internet connection.
Paid him 2500 rs.Internet worked for 3 hours and then stopped working. When I asked for my customer Id he said I will give in 4 hours as there is some error rn.

That representative’s name was Gagan and connection was in Vaishali area. His number is 7678402801. Requesting @TikonaTIL to help me out in same. :(

(2/3)After 3 hours Internet stopped working and when I called him he said I can’t do anything and said ki customer id nhi aapayga and I am not the one responsible. Now I am not even having my customer id and even lost my 2500.
