@tlschwerz Seems they didn’t want another slow running back. Mason is already a productive slow running back. Went for speed. Very well could be wrong move… but the FB pick seems like as close to a sure thing as you can get in a position of greater need.

@MinnyMurray1 @WhiteMan_1776 This is generous. Falcons, bengals, giants, colts, cardinals, 49ers, packers, Texans, all started multiple QBs on the season who played better than JJ. He honestly may not have been a top 33 starter. You could make argument for Steelers as Masons 1 game was about JJ quality

@WhiteMan_1776 @MinnyMurray1 Yeah. Jefferson is the problem. 🤣. The original post that even Ponder showed flashes acknowledges that JJ showed flashes. Point is both were bad. JJ not done. Maybe he figures it out. But he was bad. Very very bad. Bottom 5 qb last season.

@WhiteMan_1776 @MinnyMurray1 You are making the point of the original post. Even ponder showed flashes. JJ certainly showed flashes. But he showed far more flashes of absolute trash. I haven’t closed door on JJ. But his last 4 are basically meaningless games that couldn’t have been easier

@WhiteMan_1776 @MinnyMurray1 Giants game he played 1 half. In that game he threw a pick 6 that was called back because defense lined up in neutral zone. Penalty had 0 impact on the play. Just dumb luck he got away with a pick 6.

@SKORNorth No disrespect intended— but why do so many want to hold 1 score wins against KOC? There is plenty I do not like about KOC but the teams consistent success in 1 score games is one of KOCs BEST attributes. Why would you want to “normalize” that when comparing him?

@0nlyMeez @AdamFerrellNFL He failed drug tests 2011, 2013, 2015,2016. Caught driving impaired in 2014. violating team rules in 2014. Again in 2018. The. Suspended later in 2018,2019 and 2020. After each of these he was still welcomed back and literally got to still play in nfl.

@theblockspot He is literally still on the roster. It sounds like you are giving him 0 chance to win the starting job despite being the QB under a longer contract and being paid more by the Vikings. Perhaps you have given up on JJ 🤣
