Morgan Rogers: Arsenal were told 80-100m gets it done for Morgan during May-June time. This was relayed to Berta via agents. Anderson deal changed Villa’s valuation completely. Thereafter, Arsenal verbally offered 80m. They were willing to go to 100m max but the valuation had changed because the Anderson and Tonali deals had dictated the market by this point.
