been thinking about starting to purge again but it's so addictive and it always made me so tired that i had to lay down so it was always kinda time consuming.
maybe i'm just gonna stick to exercise purging but idk.
my restriction/deficit has been embarrassing lately but at least there's been no fainting or hair loss in a long time sooooo that's at least something?
sometimes i go running just because i'm not really interested in my other hobbies anymore. plus the calories burned give me some slight happy chemicals for a short time
