@realmaxwright @megynkelly Donald Trump inherited half a billion dollars and continually failed upwards, but you think the American people find him more relatable than a woman born into poverty in rural Mississippi? She’s the ultimate “pulled up by bootstraps” story…isn’t that the Republican dream?
@MarchandSurgery@icunurseMercado The laws are vague. The guidance provided by Texas’ “great” medical board? Vague. The penalties? Not vague. That’s why many doctors are hesitant to get anywhere near this in states with bans. I wonder how many patients you’ll lose after being so condescending about it. ❤️
@TrumpDailyPosts This is just stupid. Iran spied FOR IRAN. They sent their findings to the Harris campaign FOR IRAN. Unlike Trump’s embrace of WikiLeaks, the Harris campaign has taken the high road and not released anything from Iran. Trump is flailing about like a petulant child.
@austerrewyatt1 Donald has broken laws throughout his life. His privilege has helped him avoid being charged for crimes up til now. Becoming president gave him significant power, which increased the severity and risk of the crimes he could commit, and thus the urgency to prosecute.
@blairewhite He sure did his best. He only failed because the institutional norms were slow in their deterioration. He now has the judges he needs, the control of local elections, and a cult-like following that has become blind to his moral shortcomings. He’s that much more dangerous.
@RealMattCouch Or, and hear me out here: in our federalist republic, each state sets their own requirements for getting onto or off of a ballot, and RFK dropped out too late in 10 states. Republicans are apparently only about states’ rights when it serves them.
@HouseofElon@WordWanderer@RealWayneRoot Signing a personal or business check is well outside the official duties of the presidency. Having said that, the premise of the original tweet is baseless. Merchan won’t put Trump in jail for the original charges before his appeals are exhausted. For contempt? Maybe.
@fball_money@BowTiedYukon Good parenting is quite subjective, but I think most people would agree that treating anyone with this level of disrespect is unacceptable behavior. It’s completely possible to disagree with someone and still treat them like a human being. ❤️
@Callicarpa4evR@marklucovsky@JackPosobiec Wow! Trump must be extremely inept to have been so egregiously misled! Someone that easily deceived definitely shouldn’t be POTUS. (But seriously: this is ridiculous on its face, and there’s no data to support it.)
@1956The@IngrahamAngle This is one of the most ridiculous hot takes I’ve encountered on this ridiculous hot take app. @KamalaHarris is running her own campaign. She’s calling the shots. Attempting to reframe her choices as “the patriarchy” is either gaslighting or projection.
@TerribleSword@dalepartridge Grift. It’s grift. But seriously, his lies are so frequent and easily debunked that it’s not even worth mentioning anymore. He’s famous for cheating contractors, “University” students, and his wives. If those things don’t dissuade you, that’s fine, but they are the facts.
@DanielKotzin Dems are the party of choice. The party of acceptance. The party of the middle class. And our policy positions are all net positive in polling. The GOP exists solely for corporations and the uber wealthy. If elections were by popular vote, the GOP would never win again.
@laurenboebert Ah yes. Capital gains taxes, the bane of every middle class American. Please. The Harris plan has no increased taxes for any household income under $400k. The only people scared of the Harris tax plan are the uber wealthy.
@lavern_spicer Um…they fell in love with white men? Like, if you’re having a problem with people loving their spouses, it’s really not the flex you think it is. 🤷🏼♂️
