I'm still working at an artisan ice cream place and at this point I'd consider myself a master ice cream maker (pull up and swallow my scoops)

I started working out both for my mental and body, I'm already seeing results and never seen myself better (I've always been afraid of looking at me in the mirror)

I've lost over 15kg and made my diet and overall routine sustainable
