More GREAT MATH next week! Our 1st parent workshop is Tuesday, with 1 more in November. Wordy Wednesday brings 6 more students lessons, and we'll be doing a Demo of https://t.co/wj2j2yLLa4 as well. Every week, use our virtual manipulatives, free! https://t.co/qidcaskC9T
“Ultimately, the “science of reading” movement is oversimplifying the messages the public, parents, and political leaders receive concerning how to teach reading, what counts as reading, and how to assess reading.”

Teachers don't leave because it's hard. Teachers are some of the hardest working professionals I know. They leave because the expectations become more unrealistic every year.

These kinds of mass shootings rarely happen elsewhere in the world.
Why are we willing to live with this carnage? Why do we keep letting this happen? Where in God’s name is our backbone to have the courage to deal with it?
It’s time to turn this pain into action.
@bbtheatres Thank you for an awesome movie experience for our third graders! We had a great time and hope to come back again next school year! @MaplecrestLeban
