3rd party warranty, no understanding and customer care after 5 visits, and now told sorry is not acceptable. The claim or issue remains, and the unit should be replaced after this many calls to rectify. @Whirlpool_CA @TheBrick This provides customer concern and uncertainty

this will be noted and shared on the poor experience and a warranty not managed well by King and State.
No customer experience or care, no accountability, no confidence in the companies as a consumer. Be better especially when the issue remains and not the end user error
