Aditya and I are very money conscious. We both know that if we end up at zero, we're done forever.
We both come from middle class families.
My family is very supportive because I'm the second child, and my elder sister is successful, so they understand the pressure and how these things work.
In Aditya's case, it's different. He's the eldest child, so he has the responsibility of making it big or at least earning enough to have a solid package and a strong monthly income.
To be honest, I'm quite privileged in that regard.
However, for middleclass children, business is a very risky pursuit because it often requires continuously reinvesting the money you earn instead of taking it home as income.
That can be difficult when your family expects stability in the early years of your business.
Time to go all in on Amazon.
A lot of learning, testing, and mistakes in the first month but ending net positive makes it all worth it. Now it’s time to scale.
Started our operation on Amazon at the start of May, and Aditya learned the platform from zero.
And here we are our first month is net positive!
Good to see how much we can achieve on Amazon in the next 6 months!
As the monsoon is approaching, we are restocking and trying our new category validation soon. But power cuts during this heat are a different kind of pain!
Morning to afternoon: Manufacturing crises.
Afternoon to evening: Marketplace crises.
Night: More ideas, planning, and brainstorming.
A lot to achieve by the end of this year.
Started in Dec 2024 with ₹3L, zero funding & zero debt.
Pranshi & Aditya built Bellish Lifestyle from garment manufacturing to running:
• House of Pehnava
• House of Pehnava Kids
Built from scratch.
After months of research, testing, and understanding what truly feels right for little ones, our muslin blankets are finally ready.
Made to be more than just a blanket we hope they become the first comfort, the softest hug, and the best friend of every little kid. ✨🤍
For the past few months, we’ve been quietly brainstorming, testing, failing, improving, and starting all over again for our Hopkids edition.
Because when it comes to kids, especially newborns, “good enough” is never enough.
We kept asking ourselves: What would truly make a new parent feel comfortable?
What kind of fabric would feel gentle enough for a baby’s delicate skin?
And every time, we came back to one answer Muslin.
But that’s also who we are.
We don’t believe in wasting fabric at any cost.
So yes, we’re also introducing muslin blankets thoughtfully made using our resources in the best possible way.
We always try to maximize every resource and create products with purpose.
At Hopkids, we’re not just creating products.
We’re trying to create comfort that parents can trust.
