No. By massacring Thai migrant workers (and on video, beheading one of them), massacring teenagers and 20-somethings dancing at a party, stripping and disfiguring Shani Louk, etc, Hamas bolstered Israeli propaganda and helped it get away with its war on the people of Gaza.
