Idk why people think everything is an excuse instead of just a reason.
"Sorry, I don't know why I said that, I'm tired." "Being tired isn't an excuse!"
"Sorry for being late, I was stuck in traffic." "Traffic isn't an excuse!"
I fear it is, though?? Am I too autistic for this?
Depression is an horrible, HORRIBLE illness and it doesn't go away by "going outside" or "thinking positive". It takes away everything - your energy, your motivation. You won't care about stuff you LOVE
people get surprised when depression also makes you neglect relationships, not out of maliciousness but because you genuinely can't bring yourself to do anything
“depression isn’t an excuse to not-“ PEOPLE GET SO DEPRESSED THEY KILL THEMSELVES PEOPLE GET SO DEPRESSED THEY KILL THEMSELVES PEOPLE GET SO DEPRESSED THEY KILL THEMSELVES PEOPLE GET SO DEPRESSED THEY KILL THEMSELVES PEOPLE GET SO DEPRESSED THEY KILL THEMSELVES
