@JoTantum hi jo im following the book doing a dream feed at 11pm baby is 7wks and sleeps until 4am (doesnt cry just wakes and fusses) i give her a dummy and she sleeps until 5.30/6 when i spaced soothe and she normally sleeps until 7 is there a way i can stop the 4am wake up?

@JoTantum hi jo, im following routine 3 from your book with a 3 week old its going well but she wont nap in the day unless hekd and even then wakes every 10 mins or so finding it hard to not put her down with a 3 year old to look after, is it too early for spaced soothing?
