Weekly limit — $30 of usage 0.3$ = 1% 17% decrease = 5.1$ of extra usage
Monthly limit — $60 of usage 0.6$ = 1% 8 x 0.6 = 4,8$ extra usage which i suspect is 5$ hardcoded but the ui cannot show '.' in the ui
