@CrunchAlias@tcbtttc Tbh I find the ruling much clearer than the guidance, presented as it is within much broader paper. There was nothing at all complicated about the judgement
Single-sex toilets and changing rooms are a pre-condition of women's effective access to employment, public and private services.
This is why women's human rights to substantive equality with men and non-discrimination on grounds of sex demand them.
UN and ILO standards make this abundantly clear.
Perhaps try to identify an actual progressive purpose for your party, and prosecute that.
Spending your days smearing women human rights defenders, agitating others to do so, and striving to strip women in Britain of dignity and privacy only serves further to discredit a once-progressive movement and to disempower those it was established to defend.
@RobertJenrick Noting his father did tell the police that Henry’s mouth was full of blood. He knew that the lad was severely injured, but nobody (family or police) sought medical attention for him.
@msinghsagoo@lib_thinks & how in heaven’s name can the comment by Digwa senior ‘he’s got a mouthful of blood’ added to Henry’s ‘I can’t breathe’ have failed to produce the response of medical assistance?
