@katrinakalamat1 A6: I see connected learning and voice already happening in my room and within my PLC. The elements that I see as opportunities for growth include opportunities for innovation and time for reflection.

@katrinakalamat1 A4: I try to foster my students' creativity through different projects and activities they complete. I give my students a lot of choice when accomplishing different tasks so they can express their creativity.

@katrinakalamat1 A3: I think the best way to do this is to understand and learn about each student individually as learners. This can be done through one on one conferences, daily check-ins, etc.

@katrinakalamat1 A2: I think the strength of our school is the relationships we have built together. Not only are we coworkers but a lot of us can go to each other for anything going on in our lives. I think this type of community helps our school be the most effective it can be.
