@GaRepublicans@realDonaldTrump No. It's the result of a lawsuit which cancelled the PSC elections in 2024. Driving up Republican turnout is completely irrelevant to ballot access as Georgia law is based on registered voters, not the percentage of the vote itself.
@GaRepublicans@realDonaldTrump Keeping other voices from running against you is quite the work. Since you can't figure out how to stop spending money, it's better for you to not have someone who might actually challenge you.
The only news here is that law enforcement was caught and actually might face consequences for abuses of the surveillance state.
Protest Flock cameras in your area. They are not for your protection.
@TimothyWal6583@HannahDCox Every study has indicated that immigrants are by far net positive in terms of taxes paid vs consumed. Immigrants are subsidizing natives.
You're the one advocating for dystopian border control. The only "control" I want is simple checkpoints to look for warrants and contraband.
@DNCFraud@ChaseForLiberty There are already regulations in place to turn away mothers who are just coming here to give birth. Airlines actively screen for it. The number of "birth tourism" cases that slip through the cracks is already miniscule. Trump has his myrmidons worked up over a non-issue.
One thing that's interesting about Justice Roberts's birthright citizenship opinion is how his careful explanation of history shows how the immigration debate rarely changes. The argument that "these people are too different to join us" has just failed, socially, culturally, economically, and morally, time and time again.
@LabsandPlanes@JoshEakle Birth tourism is already illegal, and airlines perform screening to prevent it. If you can propose better screening methods, by all means. But legitimate immigration has been an unqualified good over the history of the country.
They don't want legal immigrants to become citizens.
They don't want legal immigrants, either.
Legalized immigration, of course, is the only way to stop illegal immigration.
The policy of this administration is to incentivize illegal immigration.
@theguiltlessman@KeithForLiberty "They could take their kids back home today." And put their kids back in whatever danger prompted them to make a difficult journey to begin with?
People should be free to try to make a life and a home wherever they dream. Our ancestors did, that's how America began.
@ThomasQuiter There's nothing stopping me from repairing or tinkering with my car, buying after market parts from the manufacturer or someone else, or hiring an independent mechanic. Smaller, more personal vehicles should be at least as flexible.
You don't have to be a libertarian to support ballot access. Even if you wouldn't vote for us, consider signing a petition to allow us back on the ballot.
Oh, but you have to do it in person on paper with a notary because Rs and Ds really don't want the competition.
The House will vote today on a three-year FISA 702 extension.
Any Republican telling you they’re voting yes on FISA in exchange for a CBDC ban is a liar or a fool.
The Senate will strip the CBDC ban. They know this or should know it.
And no one should support FISA regardless!
@CBread04@Ace_Archist The more principled libertarian approach was to support the duly selected Libertarian candidate, @ChaseForLiberty , who campaigned on an undeniably Libertarian platform, who supported state parties and down ballot candidates with his campaign. Ron Paul was fooled. I wasn't.
