The prices are now beyond ridiculous. The m6 motorway is 11 minutes slower (i know as i do the journey regularly).. Why send surveys if you are going to ignore them and just hike prices.. 5% off on a tag account is laughable

@asda sat here for 3 hrs awaiting delivery, its not turned up, 1 text advising it will arrive 22.21pm.... Then your website said between between 23.08 and 00.08...its now 00.30 no cancel message no order nothing! Absolutely appalling service.

#BAbetrayal They forget to mention that basic pay only forms 60% of the wage, the other 40% is variable allowances which BA are slashing and removing... Making an effective 50% paycut overall.. conveniently this has not been mentioned!
