@GAMEdigital in the package and box. The codes on the receipt and the wrong voucher are entirely wrong. I cannot reach customer service web chat and when I do they cut the call or say someone will email. It’s days to Christmas and £50 of a present paid for is missing.

What if this family couldn’t afford to shop anywhere other than these particular shops because they weren’t within their weekly budget, or they had lost their jobs and now had to try and find a way just to get by? There are so many ‘what ifs.’
