@Danmathieson When I spoke to the communications team, the outbreak in Kingston was cited as a “success story” because they could clamp down quickly and knew where it happened. After the fact all those people got sick. Why not pre-emptive action?

In fact, the incident of outbreak in Kingston was cited as a success by the communications team that we as a society are doing things correctly! Rather than consider that it could have been avoided entirely with premptive action. AFTER people are sick - have they mandated masks.
