Why would they do it? Because that is what university admins do now. Their common HR playbook calls for it. It happened at @upei, it's now happening at @MSVU_Halifax. It's unethical and inflammatory, but at the end of the day, it's a losing strategy. Be strong LUMUN.

The same thing happened a year ago at @UPEI. Our admin called them "Community Bulletins". But pretty much the same load of you-know-what. These university admins are following the same playbook.
