@EchucaEarl @ODIEPODIE7 @linneylui @scheana Seriously? Delusional - Kristen even said this is vastly different. Tom and Ariana were essentially married and owned a house together. They are NOT the same.
@RodneyDarryl1@MaryVanDyke3@MPowersNorrell Buuut - he could have leveraged that for a plea in the murder case BEFORE the trial and for reduced time. To your original point… if he’s found not guilty in the murder trial, they’re going full court press on the financial crimes.
@RodneyDarryl1@MaryVanDyke3@MPowersNorrell TBH - if there was a second shooter - or Alex knew someone else did this - which I really find hard to believe, Alex would have given them up forever ago to save his hide.
@RodneyDarryl1@MaryVanDyke3@MPowersNorrell I’m not sure what leverage he has on that either since he spent about 2 days under oath admitting he committed all those crimes. But you referenced giving up the second shooter - so that’s not relevant to the financial crimes.
@RodneyDarryl1@MaryVanDyke3@MPowersNorrell They can ask but what incentive does the prosecution have to agree to it? The incentive is to avoid the uncertainty and cost of a trial. If the defendant is found guilty, there’s no reason for the prosecution to agree
@RodneyDarryl1@MaryVanDyke3@MPowersNorrell That’s not how plea deals work. The prosecutor offers them to avoid a costly trial. If he’s found guilty, the judge sentences him. If he knows who did it, he should have given them up to avoid all of this.
@MaryVanDyke3@RodneyDarryl1@MPowersNorrell What cleanup? They were in the woods essentially? It’s not like they were in his house. He also went straight to his mom’s where he could have changed and tossed the clothes.
@realtonyab@watkins_terry @JulieCourtTV @CourtTV@CourtTVUK Both of your theories have been debunked. HE said he didn’t owe any money to drug dealers. And the day before he asked the bank to extend another $700k.
@GraysonKent777 You must have missed last week’s testimony where they tied him to the crime scene at the time of the murder and that he lied about not being there. The stolen money goes to motive.
@azarilaw What??? He’s about to be fired from the law firm because he’s stealing money - so fired and disbarred. His son’s suit is going to cost more money for criminal and civil. And then he’s also looking at a potential divorce - more $$ That “unsecured money” is not endless
@azarilaw If she files for divorce and exposes all his criminal crimes - yes, yes there is motive. AND - since when does notice have to make sense. People have killed for far less.
@JordanKrahn9 @mpasserini24 @loebsleads @bruno31914 @PFF This presumed that it’s the winning that makes it a great city. Philadelphia is a great sports city, regardless of wins and losses. Period.
