I have been using @Uber services for over 6 years at minimum and I have never been threatened by a driver until today. Here is the story about what happened about 20 mn ago : 1/4

4/4 I don't where he lives but here are his details and the poor-piss services he provided. Your total lack of empathy and Ganster wanna-be behavior is beyond rude and I sure hope @Uber does sthg about it.

Hi @Uber , I took a Uber Trip yesterday and dropped my phone in the car. The driver's name is David and he showed a photo of my phone. However, I cannot get a hold of him because your App does not allow international call.

So my dad was supposed to fly from LHR to ZRH with @FlySWISS on 07- JAN-2023. He had a pontine infraction on 01 JAN and was sent to AandE. The neurosurgeon recommended therapy and no travel for 2 weeks. When we reached out to SWISS, they said they cannot help.
