@ryanripley Should maintenance and operations teams adjust their sprint commitment during a sprint when new work items come in that are deemed more valuable than items in the current sprint?
We often have a negativity bias where we focus on the one negative thing someone says instead of the 99 who said something positive.
But let’s create a POSITIVITY BIAS instead and focus on all the positive comments and support and allow that to drive us to encourage even more.
In the end we won't be measured by our bank account, sales numbers or wins and losses but by the difference we made in people's lives... and we make a difference through relationships. Love, Serve and Care more today.
As many of you gather with friends and family this Thanksgiving, remember.... while you can’t control the opinions of others, you can control your attitude and response. 😀 Don’t let negative remarks or political comments get you down. Choose to shine a positive light.
Four things you can control today (and every day): Your ATTITUDE, EFFORT, BEHAVIOR and ACTIONS.
It doesn't matter what others are doing, are not doing, or who you think is being unfair. Every day you can focus on being positive, working hard and making others around you better.
5 Morning Habits to Make a Day Great:
1. Choose to Rise & Shine (vs Rise & Whine)
2. Write down 5 things you’re grateful for
3. Take a 10 minute “Thank You Walk” reflecting on your 5 things
4. Replace “HAVE to” with “GET to”
5. Trust in a bigger plan and purpose for your life
Mondays are a great day to focus on what we GET TO do instead of what we HAVE TO do. Life is a gift, not an obligation. Choose to see it that way today (and every day).

Positive teams don’t just have fun together. They pursue greatness together. They believe the best is yet to come so they give their best to create the best outcome.
