It does so with only 149 parking spaces, as all towers are within a 6 min walk of a tube station

Independent inspectors have backed the City’s approach to balancing growth and heritage around the Tower of London World Heritage Site, while Government has withdrawn its direction and cleared the way for City Plan 2040 to be formally adopted.
