@LastQuake users in #Croatia have thanked the rapid #earthquake tracker by donating 2,000 euro to the cause since the #Petrinja earthquake! https://t.co/CEedIKE2ir
@LastQuake So is it pretty certain by now that all of these quakes are aftershocks not foreshocks? Was reading up on the quakes in Puerto Rico last year and that sequence did not seem to follow a normal pattern?
@LastQuake Thankyou, is that why I see so many minor magnitude earthquakes from Croatia in the 'significant' tab (cause we are all living in constant fear at the moment) 😮
@LastQuake Can you explain the "significant" tab on your app to me? Is it programmed to show me ALL quakes in my area plus bigger quakes from other areas? I see all, even small quakes from Croatia in that tab (living in Croatia).
@LastQuake Why does it seem like Croatia is the ONLY place getting aftershocks? There have been other places in the world with decent sized earthquakes in the past few days, why are we the only ones who seem to be getting hit over and over and over? 😪
@seismo_steve how about a guest lecture for me and all my teaching colleagues in Croatia who are traumatized by the earthquake last week, the earthquake last March, and all of the constant aftershocks? Knowledge is power (sorta).
@LastQuake I think it's cause we are all traumatized and looking for quick info to try and make sense of all this and to be prepared. We do appreciate your efforts, thankyou!
@LastQuake Near Plitvice, I haven't really felt anything here since coming here after the big one, but I felt this! Long shaking, but nowhere near as violent as the big ones.
