1. We all have to make decisions
2. We are not always going to be right.
3. We are all leaders, no matter where you are in the organisation, you can influence the process.

So no surprises here, research time of scientists with children and particularly female scientists have been more impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic (though 17% loss in time feels on the low side!)
