@LRWAVE @AirCanada Hi Louise, start emailing the executives at @AirCanada to get some action. Try [email protected] and [email protected]. Air Canada will be responsible for the cost of anything you need to get while you’re waiting if there is a way to get the items you need.

We shouldn’t need to have signs posted reminding us to be kind and respectful to the staff at hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops etc.

What on earth has happened to us that we have to be reminded to simply be nice and patient to folks who are just trying to help us.

The global pandemic has exposed hardship and fractures in the home care system. Repeatedly, people with disabilities have been asking for more resources in the community. There has not been a substantial investment in home and community care to resolve waitlists in over a decade.
