I honestly find this really frustrating. What exactly did the customers do wrong?

For many users, the Plus limits simply aren’t enough, while Pro is priced far beyond what they can reasonably afford. A lot of people genuinely cannot justify paying that much for a subscription.

Instead of finding a better way to address the gap between Plus and Pro, it feels like the responsibility is being pushed back onto customers for trying to find more affordable ways to use the service.

Users are not the problem here. The real issue is that there is a clear demand for a more affordable plan with higher usage limits, and that demand deserves to be taken seriously
