@PotteryBarnKids @jujuintheraw Don’t order your nursery chair from PB kids if you want it to arrive before your baby does!! Ordered mine in July and my eta has been pushed three times

@BestBuy it took 2 hours with customer service, a flawed policy and no resolution for me to finally take to twitter!! Congrats on being my first tweet and my worst customer experience all in one. That's quite an accomplishment considering I've had a twitter account for 8 yrs 🙃
