@girdley A developer did that in the mid-2010s in Wayzata, MN. It became mixed-use with a walkable area at street level and underground parking. That place is still hopping and has completely revitalized the area.
@ContrarianSaver It's not about what the eggs cost, it's about what the price of eggs represent (rampant money printing, stagnating wage growth...gotta go entrepreneurial, growth wealth inequality...again gotta build)
@ozskier@AspenSnowmass This morning was awesome - tons of snow after the groomers came through, so there was still plenty of powder on the main runs. Hope you had fun!
Also @mspairport you should straight copy @DENAirportโs NEW gate lounges(B60-70, A10-28) with the mix of desks and standing desks. Travelers donโt always want to just sit without an outlet. Old DEN is still bad.
As a @united 1K and @Delta Diamond, I have to say that United feels more technologically advanced - even without free Wi-Fi and setbacks everywhere. Their new planes are really good. Delta sometimes feels like a fresh coat of paint on laggy software.
@bradingber@united@Delta Yeah - MSP is nice, but when things go even slightly sideways, United is MUCH more proactive with telling you whatโs going on.
@AirlineFlyer As a DL Diamond who had to swap halfway through this year to UA (based on available flights to destination), UA positively surprised me. Better available snacks and drinks than DL, ran mostly on time, and the new planes do look very nice. Staff admittedly not as friendly, tho.
