@podcastEW @AmeliaLAppel I've seen some agents share how many queries they got last year: 3,500 - 10,000+. While yes, a large number can probably be quickly removed, even 10% has to be a lot to work through - in addition to everything else agents do for their current authors. It was eye-opening for me.
