@NYSDOLCommish Try calling NYDOL dept. of labor - thousands of unemployed have been calling and no one answers the phone. See Reddit and Yelp. There is no one to speak to - EVER. It's embarrassing that this service for vulnerable NY's is so terrible.

The website has removed the ability to message them to ask about claims (never answered anyway). Try calling them yourself and see what happens.

@GovKathyHochul @errollouis @NY1 On another note, please be aware that NY's again are shortchanged by the unemployment office of Dept. of Labor: won't answer phone calls, no way to contact them, people waiting months for benefits. It's insane. See Yelp and Reddit- we are desperate.

@NYSLabor @NYSDOLenEspanol No one answers the phone EVER - have tried in spanish and in english. I have been trying for weeks to refile a claim but the website has not load my new claim form. I have worked for 40 years in NYC and this is the service that NY's receive? Embarrassing.
