Mytier Universe Server Maintenance & KYC Update Notice

Hello, Mytier Universe Community.

We will be carrying out scheduled server maintenance as part of our ongoing work to improve service stability and prepare for the upcoming app update.

🛠 Server Maintenance Schedule

Start: September 8, 2026, 04:30 UTC
Estimated duration: Approximately 8 hours

During the maintenance period, access to some or all Mytier Universe services may be temporarily unavailable. The maintenance window may be extended depending on the progress of the update.

This maintenance includes important server and system work required for the next Mytier Universe app update, as well as changes related to the KYC process.

📱 Once the server update is complete, the next Mytier Universe app update is planned for next week.

Details about the features, improvements, and changes included in the app update will be shared separately through our official channels.

🔐 KYC Update

After the upcoming app update, users who have already submitted a KYC application will be able to check their final verification status directly in the app.

Existing applications will be updated to one of the following results.

✅ Approved
❌ Rejected

Once the current review process is completed, Phase 1 KYC applications will be closed.

Users who receive a Rejected result will be given another opportunity to submit a KYC application through the updated process.

A second KYC phase is also planned for a later date. More information about the schedule and application process will be announced separately.

This server update and the upcoming app update are part of the next stage of Mytier Universe development.

We will continue improving the platform step by step, with a focus on stability, transparency, and a better overall user experience.
