"A young Scottish girl who defended her sister from Muslim invader/predators has been vindicated by a British court."
Whether they are muslim or not is actually the least significant detail of this statement. The gist is still true even if one minor detail is not. And yet apparently the ONLY detail that your "fact-checking" source used to falsely "debunk" it.
"The image circulating online has no verified connection to any criminal case or court ruling"
Blatantly false
"There is no record in any credible British or Scottish court of a case"
Wait... What does this even mean? Are there courts whose case records are not credible?
...'nor any verfied news coverage of a "Scottish girl" being vindicated for defending her sister from "Muslim invaders"'
Blatantly false. OK maybe the articles don't use the specific phrases "Scottish girl" or "Muslim invaders", but there absolutely is in fact verified news coverage of the story.

One detail doesn't falsify the argument. Retard
"X-year survival rate" is a misleading statistic used to sell cancer screenings and treatment.
That's based on discovering tumors earlier. But tumor first discovered is almost never what kills you,
It's the cancer cells that have already begun spreading around the body by the time you discover the tumor. The tumor is just the site that initially provided the most hospitable environment for the cancer cells to grow.
A certain cancer might 10 years to spread and grow enough to kill you. We now discover the first tumor site in 3 years instead of 6 with more advanced testing and imaging. We remove it and then proceed to destroy your health with chemo and radiation. The cancer cells that managed to survive don't have your immune system defending against them like before and spread like wild fire.
You now die 9 years instead of 10 after the cancer began growing, but the "5-year survival rate" is up because you died 6 years after discovery instead of 4.
I live around too many people with terminal TDS. This is how tonight's conversation at dinner is going to go:
Them: "Every single word out of Trump's mouth is a lie! He has never once told the truth"
Me: "OK, if everything he says is a lie, then he's lying about his plans to nuke Iran"
Them: "No, not this time. This time he's absolutely telling the truth!"
