@DrAndrewSchwarz I learned that you must take notice of the impact of different individual’s networks. Communicating effectively and getting buy in from a few people can extend to other parts of the organization and make adoption easier in the long run.
@DrAndrewSchwarz Zoom becoming a household name so quickly was impressive. I had not heard of Zoom prior to the pandemic. Now it is used company-wide. I had used Skype, Teams, WebEx, FaceTime, and others in the past. I have had a very positive experience with Zoom thus far.

@DrAndrewSchwarz There isn’t just one “plug and play” solution for IT. It varies from business to business and must be well implemented and align with each part of the business. Buying the latest tech without an implementation plan or sustainment actions could prove to be very ineffective.

@DrAndrewSchwarz Definitely like the idea that we can leverage IoT to monitor machines and devices, even remotely, thus eliminating the need for an entire team dedicated to doing this. Significant overhead cost can be reduced and this money can be used elsewhere.
@DrAndrewSchwarz Very interesting on how the IS tracked inventory, made projections, and even told the store which batches and how many to make. Seems like it was ahead of its time. Also liked Randy’s thought of leveraging the IS for better control and better decision making
@DrAndrewSchwarz I believe companies need to keep up with the latest technology trend or get left behind. But, also important to note, companies can not just get the latest and greatest and expect to succeed. They must use the technology correctly and in a way that aligns with their business best
