@ups is a disappointment. Decided unilaterally to redirect my package to a pick up location and once I selected which one is slow playing delivery until after the ups store closes. Guess I'll get it on Monday.

@EntergyLA why did it take 6 hours to send out a responder to address an outage on a relatively quiet day outage wise and nice weather? Our outage was also easily the largest by affected customer size as well.

@USPSHelp apparently my package being delivered to Bayon Rouge needs frequent flyer miles. It's gone from making it here in Baton Rouge to Fayetteville, Oklahoma City, Shreveport, back to Baton rouge, and now apparently Lafayette, LA.

@USPSHelp please address the obvious issues with the Baton Rouge Regional Sorting Facility. Packages should not take 5-14 days to sort. And then send to the wrong town instead of delivery here in BR!

Dear @USPS I hope when @realDonaldTrump and @elonmusk are done with you, I might actually start getting packages delivered timely (or at all) again. The fact that packages are sitting at sorting facilities for days & maybe eventually delivered is inexcusable.

Ugh. So @USPS sorting facility in Dallas sat on my package for a week forcing me to file a missing mail request. Now the Baton Rouge sorting facility wants to play games too. #DoYourJob

Apparently a tracking # & a physical description of the item contained within a missing mail request is insufficient information for the @usps to find a package that they've had in Baton Rouge since Jan 22. If the current administration makes that entity go away good riddance.

The regional & local @usps sorting facilities here in Baton Rouge are abysmal lately (since early Jan). That's well before the snow storm last week, so that's not the real reason. Mail sitting with no scans/action for days & misrouting to other regions. Get it together guys!

Nothing like getting back to the hotel from @walmart & finding that your new razor was apparently a return that someone swapped out the contents for a cheap disposable & taped it up to look like it was never opened. Supercenter 2938 (Lafayette, LA) needs to watch their returns.

Landmark of Baton Rouge needs to address its contract with @AcadianNews (Acadian Ambulance). I can understand non-emergency transport taking extra time, but leaving a patient waiting in the ER for nearly 8 hrs from discharge for transport back is unconscionable.

@amazon I am noticing a growing troubling trend lately of orders not shipping until or after the date Amazon says they are supposed to be delivered on.
