@VerizonSupport SHOCKING that this took a week for Verizon to figure out. Then I was told it was probably because many customer service reps are not trained properly. When I was asked for an escalation contact, I was told the floor supervisor was the highest level I could reach.
Terrible customer experience with @VerizonSupport@Verizon - sold us an internet for a location that is NOT eligible for service with them. Took a full week of troubleshooting for someone at Verizon to figure it out, all the while charging me.
@AshleyHomeStore The items were purchased at the store in Dublin, Ohio. After the first delivery attempt we were assured that the problem had been resolved. 2nd delivery attempt no hardware to assemble, 3rd delivery attempt crew said bed would break if base placed on the frame. Total incompetence
@AshleyHomeStore I have called the store I worked with and tried to get contact information for both the regional manager and corporate customer care and was told they could not provide that information to me. Not one single person has been helpful throughout this situation!
@AshleyHomeStore I have tried calling your customer care group and they do not even have record of me in the system. Quite honestly the runaround I have been getting for the last month is beyond ridiculous. Worst customer experience that I’ve ever had!

Saturday is Trophy Day and the last weekend of our inaugural season!! Comes cheer on our amazing athletes one more time!! Thank you to all the players, families, coaches, buddies, and volunteers who helped make this a special season!! Field is ready for another special day!!

@medmutual As expected, I have heard nothing from your Customer Care Team. It is incomprehensible to me that our physician doesn’t have the ability to prescribe the meds he feels will be best suited without being questioned by insurance. Seems like a broken system!
@medmutual It’s crazy the hoops one has to jump through to have a medication approved that a DOCTOR prescribed. Rather than approve prescribed med, let’s first try a generic of a DIFFERENT drug that had severe adverse side effects for another family member. Makes sense…
@medmutual After the physician’s appeal was denied, I was told we can appeal again and have a third party review the appeal. Talk about red tape and jumping through hoops!
