Absolutely disgusting- 6 hours before my delivery an e mail sent to say the delivery is cancelled 😡 no reasons why, no alternatives offered . I pay an annual subscription for a service, the least I can expect is the service - especially on a week I have visitors.

When @premierinn app crashes, dates default & they take over £500 from your account, for a stay that’s not needed. Then no one answers your phone calls or responds to your feedback! Always thought better of @premierinn customer service! 😡

@Luton_Parking avoid, avoid,avoid!! Phone when you arrive and we will pick you up- we did at 22.31- just leaving- again at 10.49!very rudely told its not my fault I’m in the office and hung up😡

@ihg pay nearly £200 a night for a room and unable to buy a lime and soda at 11.40pm! Not even via room service- REALLY!!!
