@xerias_x Really poor management and control of a situation! If the first thing you go to is a weapon you are the problem! Considering ICE outnumbered this person, they could have apprehended him without the need to use pepper spray.

@WHLeavitt @Chesschick01 No. Poor ICE control of the situation. No need to be stood infront of the vehicle. Should have used another vehicle to box in. Failing that taking the wheels out and arresting for failure to stop. Excessive force was used unnecessarily! Too much power for little minded people!
