Our fisheries officers saved 100s of #fish including pike, roach and perch trapped in a pool near the River Trent in Gunthorpe #Notts this week.
The rescue followed a report from a local angling club after a flood water pool receded.

Quacking effort by our team who recently rescued a family of ducklings from an overflow weir at Drayton Reservoir.
The poor ducklings had been blown into the weir during high winds but the team soon returned them to mummy duck waiting in the reservoir. 🦆
