@houseoffraser how many contacts need to be made before refunding for an item returned over two weeks ago!!? Beyond a joke now!
You were quick enough to charge for the replacement, but alas, you don’t have the same sense of urgency in refunds…terrible customer service!

@British_Airways 7wks since my complaint & still nothing! If you’ve that many issues, you shouldn’t be operating!! I think it’s disgusting that someone should wait this long for a response to the type of complaint I made! Perhaps if I insult your partner, then I’ll get a response!!! Fuming! 😡
